What if I lose an earring?

Currently, we do not have all the designs that we have created throughout the history of Materia Rica in our catalogue; so you may not be able to find and buy a single pair. But don’t panic. You can complete this form indicating your order number and attaching a photo so that we can try to find a solution.

Do you accept custom orders?

We are not just a laser cutting firm. We would like to involve you in the creation process and give you suggestions on the design of your product. So, if you are a brand, institution or if you have an innovative project, we will be glad to consider your creative ideas with the possibility of collaborating together. Please complete this form so that we can get started!

Can I dedicate a product to someone?

When you place an order, you will have the option to add a card with your own personal message so that the product can be sent directly as a gift. Before completing your purchase, please select the ‘Custom Message’ option in the checkout page and follow the instructions.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, you can simply select the ‘Gift Wrap’ option before completing your purchase.

Can I have a longer or a shorter chain? Can I choose the finish of my earring closures or my necklace chain?

Sure, no problem. Just mention the total length or the type of finish you would like, before completing your order so that when we create your design, we can take it into account. However, bear in mind that we don’t accept returns or exchanges for bespoke orders.
