With Materia Rica’s 10th anniversary around the corner, we’ve asked co-founder, artist and jewellery designer Marta Chojnacka to pick up her 10 favourite jewels from the current collection.

4. Bird Freedom Classic DesignThe bird that escaped its cage is one of our first designs. I love it because it's a very simple illustrated jewel that tells a great story about freedom. |

5. Red Fox NecklaceI'm from rural Poland and I grew up near the forest, so foxes are like unicorns, but real: elegant, enigmatic and a little bit scary. You rarely get to see them... That's why we designed this necklace, so that everyone can show their love of wild animals and mystery.

6. Ciutadella Gold NecklaceYears ago I fell in love with the Mediterranean - who wouldn't? The light, the colours and the wilderness are amazing! This necklace with organic shapes is called Ciutadella because Menorca is one of my favourite spots in the Mediterranean.
