Refund policy

30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. Before sending anything, email us at hello@materiarica.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We can't accept parcels sent without first requesting a return.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Spanish consumer law, you can withdraw from any online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right also applies to sale and clearance items. You only pay the direct cost of sending the item back. Full details and the withdrawal form are in our Terms of service.

Sale and clearance items
These are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. The extended 30-day return period does not apply to them.

Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you using your original payment method, within 14 days of you telling us you want to withdraw. We may wait to refund you until we've received the item or you've sent us proof of posting. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.
