The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner as established in Article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the personal data protection policy.
The products offered on this website are intended for consumers, so the purchase contract is concluded when the customer expressly confirms their order. For this reason, JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE recommends reading the full legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.
This contract is entered into within the legal framework established for electronic commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the regulation of retail trade; Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on general contracting conditions; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users; and Law 3/2014, of 27 March. The contracting conditions are as follows:
Product characteristics. The characteristics of the products offered on this website appear on screen together with their images.
Prices. The prices shown on the website at the time the order is placed will apply. The price of each product is shown next to it. VAT is included and is broken down later in the purchase process.
Languages in which orders can be placed. Spanish and English.
Steps to place an order. Select the items you are interested in, indicate the number of units and click the "add to cart" button. You can view the contents of your cart at any time, including the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From the same screen, before sending the order, you can correct, change or cancel the selected products.
When you have finished choosing products, click "cart" and "checkout". If you have a discount code, you can enter it at this point. If you are a registered user you will need to enter your credentials; otherwise, you will need to provide your personal details for billing. Once your details have been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the shipping method chosen.
You will then need to accept the Conditions of Purchase by ticking an acceptance box. As a last step, you will choose the payment method and be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase.
Order tracking. Once placed, your order will be filed so that it can be accessed online until it has been delivered.
Order confirmation. Each time we receive an order, a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours, except for orders received on public holidays or weekends, which will be confirmed on the next working day.
Payment methods. JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE offers several payment methods, all with very high security standards to ensure a safe payment. The price of the products can be paid by any of the following methods:
- Card payment. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express. The transaction is confirmed when the order is placed.
- PayPal. The user is aware that paying by this method implies accepting PayPal's privacy conditions, which are separate from those of this website.
- Shop Pay. The user is aware that paying by this method implies accepting Shopify's privacy conditions, which are separate from those of this website.
- Google Pay. The user is aware that paying by this method implies accepting Google Payments' privacy conditions, which are separate from those of this website.
Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, except for legal exceptions. This right also applies to sale and clearance items.
The withdrawal period ends 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer, receives the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory. The email and postal addresses to which you can send your request appear at the end of these conditions of purchase.
To determine whether the deadline has been met, the date on which the withdrawal statement was sent will be taken into account. JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE will send the customer an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium without delay, when the withdrawal is received by email.
JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE will refund all payments received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of being informed of the decision to withdraw. JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE may withhold the refund until it has received the products back, or until the customer has supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise and provided the customer incurs no costs as a result. However, if the customer expressly chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered, JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE will not be obliged to refund the additional costs.
The customer must return the products to JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE in perfect condition, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the 14-day period has expired. The customer will only bear the direct cost of returning the order.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Withdrawal form. JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE provides this form for customers who have bought a product on this website and wish to withdraw from the purchase contract:

Warranty. All products offered on this website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description. All products have a three-year legal guarantee, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and other complementary laws.
Shipping costs, delivery times and destinations
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are shown for your express acceptance before you complete your purchase, once you have entered your delivery address. Current rates, delivery times and the countries we ship to are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these conditions.
An order will be dispatched once all its products are available. If you would like to receive a partial delivery, please contact JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE and we will explain how to proceed. To avoid delays, we recommend not mixing pre-order products with products available in the catalogue and placing separate orders.
Pricing policy. JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered on this website. The prices in force at the time the order is placed will apply.
Online dispute resolution. In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free online platform for resolving disputes between consumers and JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE without going to court, through a neutral dispute resolution body. Applicable law and jurisdiction. These conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly set out. The parties agree to submit any dispute to the courts of the consumer's place of residence. If the consumer resides outside Spain, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the courts of BARCELONA (Spain).
