Materia Rica is paying tribute to René Magritte by creating a capsule jewellery collection in collaboration with Magritte Editions, a Belgian publishing house dedicated to the artist René Magritte.
The collection reflects the surrealist works of the Belgian artist.
Materia Rica is a Barcelona-based brand whose products are designed and produced in Barcelona.
All the materials are natural and come from local suppliers: walnut wood, anti-allergic metals (nickel-free) and plastic-free packaging.

Our earrings and necklaces are laser-cut and hand-painted and made of FSC-certified walnut wood. We use non-toxic and water-based varnishes to finish the paint. So, they need special care since they are handcrafted goods. Read this post to know more about Materia Rica's product care.
