The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the contract of sale is made at the time when the customer issues the express confirmation of his order. The contracting conditions are as follows:
Product characteristics. The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen next to the visual identification of these.
Prices. The current prices that appear on the website at the time of formalization of the order will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each of these. VAT is included, this will be broken down later in the purchase process.
Languages in which the order may be placed. Spanish and English.
The steps to follow to place orders. You must select the items that interest you by informing the number of units and clicking on the “add to cart” button to add them to the shopping cart. At any time you can view the contents of the shopping cart, where you can see the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order you can correct, change or cancel the selected products.

Payment by bank transfer. The customer must make a bank transfer for the total of the operation to the account indicated by the seller. A maximum period of three working days is established from the confirmation of the order to receive the amount If after this period the transfer has not become effective, the order will be automatically canceled and the contract will be considered terminated. The customer must indicate in the transfer the following information:
DNI or NIF and name of the natural or legal person to whom the order must be invoiced.
Order number, automatically assigned by the system at the end of the purchase process, in the concept of the transfer.

Bizum: Instant payment method from account to account. The payment is made in a totally secure way through the buyer’s bank, which is who finally validates the operation.
Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate justification, except for legal exceptions.
The withdrawal period will end after 14 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which he has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the customer’s contract. JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, unless the client expresses otherwise and as long as he does not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. However, in the event that the customer has expressly selected a delivery method different from the less expensive ordinary delivery method, JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs arising from it.
The customer must return the products that make up the order object of the return to JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE in perfect condition, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract to JOAN AYGUADÉ JARQUE. This period will be considered fulfilled if the customer makes the return of the goods before the end of the period of 14 calendar days. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order.

Applicable Warranties. All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description. All have a warranty period of two years, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Shipping methods, delivery time and transport
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the Web. Orders are shipped between 1-3 working days from the date of order confirmation and are delivered in a maximum of between 8 and 10 days.
